     Terms And Conditions

Before ordering, please read the terms and conditions below.

1.PAYMENT

A deposit of 50% of the total order will be required up front before any work will take place on the order.  This can be paid: 1) by sending a cheque in the post (PAYABLE TO MRS T O’SULLIVAN), along with a copy of your invoice, or 2) by emailing your form to us at mail@taraosullivans.co.uk and requesting to pay via Paypal – a payment request for 50% of the total will then be sent to you via Paypal, and this will enable you to pay your deposit online.  Please note that payments made via paypal will incur an additional transaction charge. Prices - I reserve the right to increase prices without notice - but not after you have submitted an order.

2.PROOFS

When the deposit has been received for the order, relevant proofs will be sent out to you within two-three weeks for your signature of approval for any stationery or personalised orders. Your signature or email confirmation will be confirmation that all information is correct and as you with your final product to appear, so please make sure that all elements are correct before approving.  If incorrect information is printed on the final product that has been given your signature of approval, replacement of items affected will be the sole responsibility and cost to the Tara O’Sullivan customer.

3.TIMESCALE

Orders should be placed at least 2-4 weeks before your requirement date, as we work. Remember when ordering it is usual to send out your invitations approximately 3 months before the big day and Save The Date cards even sooner (usually 9-12 months before). Please telephone or email me before ordering to make sure that I am able to meet your deadline it will, of course, depend upon current workloads.

4.MANUFACTURE

As with the nature of handmade items, there may be slight irregularities. I reserve the right to replace items with similar products of the same value if the one advertised is unavailable. To keep the originality of each item, I may change minor accessories. Approx size of Party Bags 8 inch by 9 inch (20cm by 23cm)

5.CANCELLATIONS/QUANTITY/RETURNS

All of my party bags/stationery is created on a to-order basis. If, for ay reason, you wish to cancel your order, Tara O’Sullivan Productions has the right to retain your 50% deposit, or an agreed amount between Tara O’Sullivan and the Client.  Exchanges and refunds are only available in the event of any faulty goods, and work will only take place on replacements once damaged/faulty goods are returned. Quantity - Once you have placed your order, you are unable to decrease the number, however if you wish to increase your order, let me know and I will do my very best to accommodate.

6. POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

If you live locally and would like to collect your delivery instead of paying postage, you are more than welcome to do so.I am based just outside Croydon, in Kenley, which is close to Caterham, Purley & Coulsdon area. If you live within a 10 mile radius we may be able to personally deliver (£5.00 charge) Over  10 miles will advise delivery charge when ordering.

Delivery costs via Royal Mail  will depend on the weight of your package. To ensure that this is accurate, we will weigh at time of dispatch. When I send your dispatch confirmation email, you will also receive Paypal invoice for the P+ P. Once this has been paid, we will dispatch your parcel. 7. FINAL PAYMENT

The Balance of your order will be due before despatch of your order– Payment for balance PLUS any outstanding  postage costs will have to be cleared before despatch of your items.  In the event that you are local to Tara O’Sullivan and wish to collect your order, there will be no postage costs and you can pay with cash on collection, or with a cheque in advance to your collection.Prices - I reserve the right to increase prices without notice - but not after you have submitted an order.

8.COPYWRIGHT

Tara O'Sullivan owns all copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in this web site and in all material on this site including content, design, text, graphics and photographs or have obtained a licence or sought permission from third parties for use of such intellectual property.

WHEN PLACING AN ORDER WITH TARA O’SULLIVAN YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OF THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THEM FULLY.

Safety - Please supervise children under 36 months with party bags and fillers.
